Do you have any of these concerns when applying liquid agents with a robot?
・It doesn't apply as intended.
・Adjusting the coating program is difficult.
Synchro Speed Function (PAT) (hereinafter referred to as the SS function) is a function that automatically eliminates unevenness in the amount of application due to fluctuations in drawing speed and variation in the thickness of the application line, which had previously been a problem in the Line dispensing application process such as sealing agents.
Consistent quality application can be achieved without fine-tuning the application conditions, and improved production efficiency can also be expected.
The SS function is a feature that automatically optimizes the dispensing conditions to match the variations in the robot's drawing speed.
If the drawing speed fluctuates, the coating will become thinner as the speed increases and thicker as the speed decreases.
However, the SS function automatically synchronizes the robot and the dispenser, maintaining a consistent coating line thickness even if the drawing speed varies, thereby preventing coating irregularities at corners and start/stop points, and achieving high-quality coating.
Furthermore, even if the drawing speed is increased, the coating shape does not become irregular, allowing for easy reduction of the coating cycle time.
It is equipped in the following robot series.
However, the Dispenser side must also be equipped with an SS function.
The next Dispenser will be the compatible model.
