How do I apply?

Could you tell me about the training provided upon joining the company?

To help you understand "Musashi's business" and get hands-on experience with our "production equipment and dispensers," you will undergo training for several days after joining the company.
After that, you will join your assigned department or team, learn the work through OJT, and gradually begin your practical duties.

Are there any transfers or relocations?

Basically, your initial assignment will be the position you applied for.
Subsequently, there is a possibility of reassignment or transfer to other positions or duties if deemed necessary for company reasons or for your own career development.
We have an internal job posting system, so if you meet the application requirements, you can challenge yourself by applying for those openings.

What is the ratio of new graduates to mid-career hires?

It is 7:3.
The average age is a young 37, and we have a wide range of employees from young people in their 20s to senior employees in their 60s, creating a workplace environment where mid-career hires of all generations can interact and thrive.

Can I apply even if I am from a different industry?

Of course, that is possible. Even if you are from an industry other than manufacturing (such as automotive, building materials, materials, processed parts, etc.), there is absolutely no problem as long as you have the experience required for the application qualifications.

Is it possible to adjust the start date?

Adjustments are possible. While we would like you to join us as soon as possible after receiving an offer, those currently employed often need time to wrap up their current work or handle handovers, so we often make adjustments within a range of 1 to 2 months.
