What should I do to apply?

Please tell me about the training at the time of joining the company.

You will receive training for several days after joining the company to learn about Musashi's business and experience the production facilitiesDispenser.
After that, we will join the assigned departments and teams, learn the work through OJT, and start the practice step by step.

Is there a transfer or transfer?

Basically, the initial assignment will be the job you applied for.
After that, if it is deemed necessary to shape the company's circumstances or career, there is a possibility of transfer to other occupations or duties or transfer.
There is an in-house recruitment system, so if you meet the application requirements, you can challenge the open recruitment selection.

What is the percentage of new graduates and mid-career employees?

7:3.
The average age is 37 years old, and it has a wide range of bases from young people in their 20s to elderly employees in their 60s, and it is a workplace environment where career hires of all ages can interact and play an active role.

Can I apply for different industries?

Of course, it is possible. There is no problem even if you are in a different industry other than the manufacturer (automobiles, building materials, materials, processed parts, etc.) as long as you have experience in applying qualifications.

Is it possible to adjust the date of joining the company?

Adjustment is possible. We would like you to join the company as soon as possible after a job offer, but in many cases, those who are currently employed need a period of break or takeover of the current job, so we will adjust it in a width of 1 to 2 months.
