What should I do to apply for?

Please tell me about the training at the time of joining the company.

You will receive training for several days after joining the company to learn about Musashi's business and touch on production facilities and Dispenser.
After that, they join the assigned departments and teams, acquire work through OJT, and start practical work step by step.

Do you have any transfers or transfers?

Basically, the initial assignment will be the job you applied for.
After that, if it is deemed necessary for company convenience or to form your career, there is a possibility of transfer or transfer to another job or job.
There is an in-house public recruitment system, so if you meet the application requirements, you can challenge the public recruitment selection.

What is the percentage of new graduates and mid-career employees?

It's 7:3.
The average age is 37 years old, with a wide range of backgrounds from young people in their 20s to elderly employees in their 60s, and a work environment where career hires of all generations can interact and play an active role.

Is it possible to apply for a different industry?

Of course, it is possible. Even if you are from different industries other than the manufacturer, if you have experience in applying, there is no problem at all.

Is it possible to adjust the date of joining the company?

You can adjust it. We would like you to join us as soon as possible after the job offer, but if you are currently working, there are many cases where you need to break down your current work or take over, so adjust it over a period of one to two months I will often do it.
