Please tell me why you chose Musashi because you decided to change jobs from your previous job.
In my previous job, I was involved in the design and development of household vacuum cleaners and car navigation systems. I was in charge of a series of processes from product planning to mass production, mainly focusing on plastic parts design, but I wanted to try mechanical design someday. However, in my previous job, I didn't have the opportunity to challenge the desired mechanical design, so I decided to change jobs.
Musashi's biggest decisive factor was to be able to engage in the desired mechanical design while utilizing his previous experience in resin design. I was also attractive to be able to work in Tokyo as an engineer, so I decided to join the company.
Could you tell me your current job?
I am in charge of the development of the new Dispenser, which has never been done before, and the development of new systems through collaboration with other manufacturers. I am working on the process of repeating the examination of specifications and conceptual design, evaluating multiple potential plans, and comparing them with each other. Since it can be considered from the draft specifications, I am able to work with a very high degree of freedom.
Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.
There are three things that I feel interesting and rewarding. The first point is the size of the discretion. Our mecha design staff is up to two people per product, and I feel that the individual discretion is very large. Your design is easy to reflect on your products, and it feels rewarding to see what has actually been shaped. The second point is the depth of the liquid. The liquid we control is so difficult to control as compared to living things. Even if you intend to exhale under the same conditions, the results will often change. It's hard to deal with a constantly changing liquid, but there's a lot of room to devise it, and I feel interesting in its depth. The third point is that a wide range of knowledge is required. The most surprising thing about entering our company was the size of the application field. Our technology is used in the application of various liquids, so it requires not only liquids but also a wide range of materials knowledge, including metals, plating, rubber, and resins. I was surprised by the amount of knowledge, but I often learn every day and enjoy being exposed to new knowledge.
What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?
Speaking of Musashi, I would like to develop a typical product that is said to be this one day. To do so, I feel that we need to be familiar with not only Dispenser but also liquids and markets. First of all, I would like to gain experience and knowledge and develop products that will become the face of the company as much as possible.
We are also interested in expanding our business outside of manufacturing Industry. Most of our customers, a BtoB manufacturer, are manufactured Industry, but I think it would be interesting if we could produce products that can be arranged in electronics retailers and home centers that can be picked up by ordinary consumers.

Please tell me why you chose Musashi because you decided to change jobs from your previous job.
In my previous job, I have been involved in various projects as a dispatch of electrical design engineers.
When the turning point of my life was approaching, I came to want one company to develop equipment with one theme.
In my previous job, I have been involved in the development of coating equipment, but I realized the difficulty of liquid control.
The decisive factor was the appeal of Musashi, which is based on that advanced technology.
Could you tell me your current job?
Our technical department is divided into teams to develop Dispenser, robots that can be mounted and operated, and fully automatic equipment. My work in the technical department is the development of robots equipped with Dispenser. I am mainly in charge of control, and I am involved in the selection of electrical and electronic components, circuit design and harness design and development of circuit boards.
In the face of rapid changes in the external environment, we are working hard to create better products by considering and moving parts procurement.

It is to add new features to the robot to make it better as a product.
I think it's interesting to be able to make use of my experience and incorporate it into development from an unprecedented perspective.
What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?
I would like to engage in the development of new products through ideas and approaches that have never been seen before, while keeping the theme of "application" as it is.
The versatility is one of the Strengths of Musashi Engineerings, but I would like to take on the challenge of expanding into the new Industry.
In the future, we hope that expanding our range of activities to new fields will lead to an improvement in our brand image.

Please tell me why you chose Musashi because you decided to change jobs from your previous job.
In my previous job, I had many opportunities to be involved in the development of embedded software. Due to the nature of a specialized trading company, such as contract development or development support at the customer who sold the product, I was involved in software development as well as system study and technical support when customers launch the product. In terms of final products, there are various things like printers, car navigation systems, toys and vending machines.
I was able to experience various things and it was rewarding, but I felt unsatisfactory in the situation where I could not be involved in examining the specifications of the product itself was the catalyst for my job change.
Through workplace tours and interviews, I was able to feel Dispenser's interest in products that were unknown at the time and a culture in which I could reflect my ideas and ideas in the products.

Our main business is the development of Dispenser. Beginning with the examination of specifications and the determination of feasibility, since the development started, I have been involved in various processes such as progress management and coordination with the marketing department and factories.
Software development for Dispenser and robots is also extensive.
Compared to the past, by dramatically improving CPU performance and processing capacity, almost all control related to the discharge of liquid materials and robot trajectory can be achieved with software, and in recent years we have also been conducting research on evaluation methods using AI.
Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.
Each process and each step are interesting and rewarding.
For example, when our own project is adopted at the planning stage, or when we make adjustments at the mass production stage where release is imminent, we can manage to keep the delivery date, but I feel rewarding.
However, I think "when things move according to our design" and "when the performance we expected" are the most interesting moments as engineers.
What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?
I would like to develop Dispenser with overwhelming performance that can only be chosen by Musashi, without being involved in cost competition with competitors.
Although it is very abstract, we believe that if we have the technologies and know-how we have cultivated up to now and new ideas and ideas that will be added in the future, we will be able to achieve them.

Please tell me why you chose Musashi because you decided to change jobs from your previous job.
In my previous job, I worked for a trading company. Our main mission of trading companies is to deliver a variety of products to our customers, but most of the products you require are products from other companies, not our own products. It is interesting in terms of touching various products, but on the other hand, I became more interested in manufacturers who drafted and designed and manufactured in-house and created something that has not yet been found in the world.
At that time, I came across a job offer and decided to change jobs because I was very attracted to the high level of technical skills as a leading company in Industry, as well as achievements in various industry leading companies.
Could you tell me your current job?
At our sales offices, we are proposing improvements to our customers every day, focusing on Dispenser facilities, to improve manufacturing efficiency. In addition to being a sales player, he also serves as a manager of sales bases, and works hard every day with base members. I believe that it is unique to our flexible corporate culture that allows me to take this important role to join the company mid-career company.

"Dispenser = liquid precision quantitative discharge" is very deep and requires a lot of know-how. When we solve problems with our customers, when we test new liquids with our technicians, and when the necessary accuracy is secured, we feel very excited.
In addition, what we strongly feel is that "the drafts from sales sites are commercialized (spoke) with a sense of speed." It is very rewarding to be able to actively engage in sales during the process from product planning to production, and to be able to make things from the user's perspective.
What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?
We have bases all over the country, but customer requests vary depending on the location and market trends.
We want to leverage our flexible responsiveness and high technical capabilities to create products that match the region and grow with our customers and markets.
