Please tell me why you decided to change jobs in your previous job, and why you chose Musashi.

In my previous job, I was involved in the design and development of mechanical equipment for home vacuum cleaners and car navigation systems. I was in charge of a series of flows from product planning to mass production, mainly focusing on plastic parts design, but I wanted to try mechanical design someday. However, in my previous job, I did not have the opportunity to challenge the desired mechanical design, so I decided to change jobs.
Musashi was able to engage in the desired mechanical design while taking advantage of his previous experience in plastic design. I also found it attractive to be able to work in Tokyo as an engineer, so I decided to join the company.

Please tell me what your current job is.

I am in charge of the development of the new Dispenser, which has a new discharge mechanism, and the development of a new system through collaboration with other manufacturers. We are working on the flow of repeating the examination of specifications and conceptual design, evaluating prototypes and comparing multiple proposals that are likely to be expected. Since it can be considered from the specification draft, I am able to work with a very high degree of freedom.

Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.

There are three things I feel fun and rewarding. The first is the size of discretion. We have at least two Mecha Designers per product, and I feel that the individual's discretion is very high. It's easy to reflect your design in the product, and it's rewarding to see what's actually in shape. The second point is the depth of the liquid. The liquid we control is so difficult to control that it can be compared to living things. Even if you intend to vomit under the same conditions, the results are often changed. It is painful to deal with a constantly changing liquid, but there is a lot of room to devise it, and I feel interesting in its depth. The third point is that a wide range of knowledge is needed. What surprised me most about entering our company was the size of the application field. Since our technology is used in the application of various liquids, knowledge of materials such as metal, plating, rubber and resin is required not only for liquids but also for a wide range of materials. I was surprised by the amount of knowledge, but I often learn every day, and it is fun to be exposed to new knowledge.

What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?

Speaking of Musashi, I would like to someday develop a representative product that is said to be this. To that end, I feel that we need to be familiar with not only Dispenser but also liquids and markets. First of all, I would like to gain experience and knowledge to develop products that will serve as the face of the company as much as possible.
We are also interested in expanding beyond manufacturing Industry. Most of our customers, who are BtoB manufacturers, are from manufacturing Industry, but I think it would be interesting if we could produce products that can be arranged in consumer electronics retailers and home centers that can be picked up by ordinary consumers.

Please tell me why you decided to change jobs in your previous job, and why you chose Musashi.

In my previous job, I have been working on various projects as a dispatch of electrical design engineers.
As the turning point of my engineer's life approached, I came to think that one company would like to develop equipment on one theme carefully.
In my previous job, I was involved in the development of application equipment, but I realized the difficulty of liquid control.
The decisive factor was that Musashi, which is based on its advanced technology, was attractive.

Please tell me what your current job is.

Our technical department is divided into teams to develop Dispenser, robots that carry it, and fully automatic equipment. My work in the Technical Department is the development of robots that run with Dispenser. He is mainly in charge of control and is responsible for the selection of electrical and electronic components, circuit design and harness design and development of substrates.
While the external environment is changing rapidly, we are working to create better products by thinking about parts procurement.

Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.

It is to add new functions to the robot to make it better as a product.
I think it's interesting to be able to make use of my experience and incorporate it into development from an unprecedented perspective.

What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?

I would like to engage in new product development with ideas and approaches that have never been seen before, while keeping the theme of "application" as it is.
The versatility is one of the Strengths of Musashi Engineering's areas, but I would like to try the work involved in the new expansion into Industry.
In the future, we hope that expanding our range of activities to new fields will help improve our brand image.

Please tell me why you decided to change jobs in your previous job, and why you chose Musashi.

In my previous job, I had many opportunities to be involved in the development of embedded software. Due to the nature of a specialized trading company, such as contract development or development support at the customer who sold the product, in addition to software development, I was involved in system examination and technical support when customers launched the product. In terms of final products, there are various types of printers, car navigation systems, toys and vending machines.
I was able to experience various things and it was rewarding, but I felt unsatisfactory in a situation where I could not be involved in examining the specifications of the product itself was a trigger for my job change.
I was able to feel Dispenser's interest in products that were unknown at the time, as well as a culture where my ideas and ideas could be reflected in the products through workplace tours and interviews, so I chose our company from several manufacturers who received a job offer.

Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.

Development of Dispenser is our main business. Since the start of development, we have been involved in various processes, such as managing progress and coordinating with marketing departments and factories.
We also have a wide range of software development work for Dispenser and robots.
Compared to the past, by dramatically improving CPU performance and processing capacity, almost all control related to the discharge of liquid materials and the trajectory of robots can be achieved with software, and in recent years, we are also working on researching evaluation methods using AI.

Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.

Each process and each step is interesting and rewarding.
For example, when our plan is adopted at the planning stage, or when we adjust at the mass production stage where release is imminent and manage to keep the delivery date, there are many difficulties, but I feel rewarding for that.
However, after all, I think that "when things move according to our design" and "when we can perform as we expected" are the most interesting moments as engineers.

What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?

We want to develop Dispenser with overwhelming performance that can only be selected by Musashi without being involved in cost competition with competitors.
Although it is very abstract, we believe that if you have the technologies and know-how we have cultivated so far, and new ideas and ideas that will be added in the future, we will always be able to achieve them.

Please tell me why you decided to change jobs in your previous job, and why you chose Musashi.

My previous job was at a trading company. Our main mission is to deliver a variety of products to our customers, but most of the products we require are not our own products but our products. It is interesting in terms of touching various products, but on the other hand, there has been a strong interest in manufacturers that create something that has not yet been found in the world by drafting, designing and manufacturing in-house.
At that time, I met our job opening and decided to change jobs because I was very attracted to Industry's high technical skills and achievements at leading companies in various industries.

Please tell me what your current job is.

At our sales offices, we make proposals for improvement to improve the production efficiency of manufacturing, centering on Dispenser equipment. In addition to being a sales player, he also serves as a manager of sales offices, and he works hard every day with our base members. I think that it is unique to our flexible corporate culture that allows me to leave these important roles in mid-career joining me.

Please tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.

"Dispenser = liquid precision quantification discharge" is very deep and requires a lot of know-how. I feel very "excited" when solving a problem with a customer, or when testing a new liquid with our technicians, when the necessary accuracy is guaranteed.
In addition, what we strongly feel at our company is that "drafts from sales sites are commercialized with a sense of speed." It is very rewarding to be able to actively engage in sales in the process from product planning to production, and to be able to make manufacturing from the user's point of view.

What do you want to achieve in Musashi in the future?

We have bases all over the country, but customer requests vary depending on the base and market trends.
We want to leverage our flexible responsiveness and high technical capabilities to create products that match the region and grow together with customers and markets.
