Training after joining the company is about six months.
First of all, you will learn about our high-quality manufacturing and basic product lineup through a one-week general training and a three-week factory training.
After that, we will be divided into technical, manufacturing, sales, and administrative occupations, and we will conduct machine operation training, OJT training, and base training.

We will take intensive courses for several days after joining the company to learn about Musashi's business and experience the production facilitiesDispenser. After that, we will join the assigned departments and teams, learn the work through OJT, and start the practice step by step.
We regularly conduct follow-up training for young employees on a yearly basis to confirm their own growth steps, goals and issues for the next step, etc. with the same employees. In addition, we will provide guidance to expand the range and depth of business execution ability and improve skills.
Class-specific training includes chief promotion training, section manager promotion training, next-generation leader training, etc. Confirm the current position and responsibilities, and the next expected role, and acquire the management skills, leadership, and coaching skills necessary for each position.
Education personnel in each department, such as the technical department and the manufacturing department, often provide specialized knowledge training for internal departments.
In addition, there is an "external training system" that encourages employees to take outside training in order to acquire specialized knowledge and skills necessary for work but cannot be acquired by OJT.
