New employee training and OJT training

Training after joining the company is about half a year.
First of all, you will learn about our high-quality manufacturing and basic product lineup through one-week overall training and three-week factory training.
After that, it is divided into technical, manufacturing, sales, and office occupations, and conducts machine operation training, OJT training, and base training.

Training for mid-career hires

We will take intensive courses for several days after joining the company to learn about Musashi's business and touch on production facilities and Dispenser. After that, they join the assigned departments and teams, acquire work through OJT, and start practical work step by step.

Annual follow-up training

For young employees, follow-up training is regularly conducted annually, and together with synchronous employees, the steps for their own growth, goals and issues for the next step are confirmed. In addition, we will provide guidance to expand the range and depth of business execution skills and improve skills.

Promotion training and next-generation leader training

Class-specific training includes chief promotion training, section manager promotion training, and next-generation leader training. Students will confirm their current position and responsibilities, their next expected roles, and acquire the management skills, leadership, and coaching skills necessary for each position.

Skill Up Training and External Training System

Expertise training for internal departments is conducted frequently by educators in each department, such as technical and administrative departments.
In addition, there is an "outside training system" that encourages employees to take external training in order to acquire specialized knowledge and skills that are necessary for work but cannot be acquired by OJT.
