Could you tell me your current job?
Since there are about 100 engineers in the technical department to which I belong, I work in a team of around 10 people. It is divided into several teams, including Dispenser design, robot design, application demonstration experiments, parts/accessari design, and new business design. Among the many teams, I currently belong to the Dispenser design team and are involved in the design and development of new products. Since I am still inexperienced, I am mainly in charge of evaluation work rather than design.

It's also rewarding when you respond to the difficult demands of users. In my case, the user may take care of the liquid we actually use and test whether it can be applied with our products. When the user was in charge of a difficult application process that he was struggling with, he repeated trial and error every day. I couldn't say a sense of accomplishment when I was able to clear the difficulties and respond to the demands, even though I was about to be discouraged.
Could you tell me why you chose our company?
I wanted to get a job that could make use of my knowledge and skills in machinery, electricity, and materials that I learned during my school days. Musashi was the perfect fit for my axis, and it was the decisive factor that I felt something linked to our liquid control technology and my research. Could you tell me your current job?
I am in charge of the development of custom-made products at the Technical Department. Although we are strong in the electronics field, we are applying technology to a wide range of fields, including Food, medical care and cosmetics. My team deals with products for users of this new business (Food, medical care, cosmetics, etc.).
Tell me the fun and rewarding of your current job.
Please.
I am mainly in charge of products for users in the Food field. In the food industry, many of them are made by hand by craftsmen, and automation has not yet progressed compared to the electronics field. With our Dispenser, you can make delicate ornaments and draw illustrations on cakes without skill. I'm glad to launch the equipment with users who are struggling with manual work, and be impressed by the elaborate movement and operability. In addition, there are projects that we are working on every few years, so we feel a sense of accomplishment when we start operation at the user's site without any problems.
Could you tell me why you chose our company?
I was looking for a company that could make use of my knowledge of chemistry, which I majored in when I was a student. Our dispense technology deals with "liquids" that lurk around our lives. Our technology is used in all situations where liquids are used, regardless of Industry, so I thought I could make use of my knowledge of chemistry.

Our company handles precision equipment called Dispenser, but there are many students from majors other than Mecha Electric Software. Not only those from chemistry like me, but also engineers majored in materials and living things. Because we meet the demands of users in a wide range of fields, engineers who are familiar with each field are required. Even if you are inexperienced, there is an environment where you can learn from the basics of design, so if you are interested in Monozukuri Industry, I would like you to actively take on the challenge.

Could you tell me your current job?
Our main role is to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process of major models we handle. We sometimes think about how we can reduce man-hours, sometimes we review waste from the design stage, and give feedback to engineers. In addition to reducing manufacturing costs, it is also important to consider the manufacturing process from a field perspective that is close to the workers, so we are working on our work.

Please.
I think that being able to always challenge unprecedented things is the difficulty and fun of this job. Since the specifications differ little by little depending on the model, past cases may not always be applied to new models as they are. We make hypotheses from the state of groping, practice, and verify them many times, and derive the optimal solution. It's a job that requires patience, but a worker said, "It's very easy to work." Thank you. "I'm so happy that I forget my hardships.

I didn't know anything about Musashi or Dispenser until I started my job hunting. It was an unknown field that I had never touched before, but I was interested in taking on challenges from scratch. Rather than feeling a hurdle in challenging myself, I think it was a type that stimulates curiosity, so I think the corporate attitude and character matched.

We offer proposals to customers in Industry, including semiconductors, automobiles, smartphones, medical care, and Food.
Our main role is to listen to “manufacturing issues (= problems)” that are occurring at customer production sites and provide application solutions for solutions.

We deal with "liquid control" without correct answer.
What we can create from scratch with our customers is unique to our company, which uses our products as a product.
It's exciting to be involved in the creation of future technologies at the forefront of manufacturing.

Sometimes I feel pressure on responsible work, but I'm stronger to meet expectations.

Could you tell me your current job?
The Technical Department provides administrative support for engineers. Specifically, management of data required when considering whether we can respond to user requests with our products, distribution of drawings to departments related to production, such as factories and purchasing. We are indirectly involved in a series of design tasks, from the pre-order review stage to the delivery of design drawings to the manufacturing unit, helping engineers concentrate on design. In addition, I am also in charge of improving the work environment, such as attendance management of about 100 engineers, summarizing expenses, and managing equipment within the department.

I feel that the ability to support the engineering team, which plays a central role in technology, is a unique feature of technology assistants. I feel rewarded to have been involved in the field where cutting-edge technologies are produced, while indirectly contributing to the development of technology. One of the interesting things is that not only administrative data processing but also the role of the General Affairs Department within the Technical Department, and that they can work from multiple perspectives to realize a comfortable work environment.

Originally, I was a manufacturer dealing with technologies that are expanding in various fields, and I wanted to do a job that could contribute widely to the world. When I was a student, I often didn't know about B to B companies, and I was worried. Smartphones, home appliances, Food, stationery, clothes, medical care, etc. are actually very close to you.
