Please tell me what your current job is.
Since there are about 100 engineers in the technical department to which I belong, I work in a team of around 10 people. Dispenser Design, Robot Design, Application Demonstration Experiment, Parts/Accessories Design, New Business Design, etc. Among the many teams, I currently belong to the Dispenser design team and are involved in the design and development of new products. Since I am still inexperienced, I am mainly in charge of evaluation work rather than design.

In addition, I feel rewarding when I meet the demands of users with a high degree of difficulty. In my case, users may take care of the liquids they actually use and test whether they can be applied with our products. When I was in charge of a difficult application case that users are struggling with, I repeated trial and error every day I came and came. I couldn't say the sense of accomplishment when I was able to clear the difficult problems and meet the demands, even though I was about to be ruined.

I wanted to get a job that could make use of my knowledge and skills in machinery, electricity, and materials that I learned during my school days. Musashi was the perfect fit for my axis, and the decisive factor was that I felt what linked to our liquid control technology and my research. Please tell me what your current job is.
At the Research and Development Center, I am in charge of "Surveying Characteristics of Liquid Materials" applied in our products.
Through the investigation of materials, we will elucidate what characteristics affect the application process, and clarify what liquid materials and application conditions can be applied smoothly and stably.

Please.
One of the fun and rewarding aspects of this job is that it explores the causes of application issues and finds clues to solutions through the investigation of liquid materials. There is a great sense of accomplishment in the process of clarifying the characteristics of the material and identifying the cause in response to questions such as why it is not possible to apply well and how it can be applied more stably. And I feel that my research results lead to improvements in the application process and, indirectly, contribute to end-users.
In addition, because we are a small team, we can experience various tasks and lead to growth. In addition to material research, we can engage in a wide range of tasks not only in specialized fields, such as actual application and design of jigs used in measurement. In this way, I feel that the fun of this job is to be able to acquire new skills while making use of existing skills.

I chose Musashi because I was fascinated by an environment where I could challenge a wide range of fields while making use of my knowledge of chemistry, which I majored in as a student when I was a student.
We also considered liquid makers and material manufacturers, but we met with our company and became a strong desire to actively challenge other fields besides chemistry.
In addition, through our own products, we were able to learn about the products of various liquid agent manufacturers and companies, and we thought that we could gain new knowledge while expanding our range of skills.

Please tell me what your current job is.
The main role is to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process of major models handled by the Company. We think about how we can reduce man-hours, sometimes we review from the design stage for waste and give feedback to engineers. In addition to lowering manufacturing costs, we also work on our work to consider the manufacturing process from the field perspective that is close to the workers.

I think it is the difficulty and fun of this job to always be able to challenge unprecedented things. Since the specifications differ little by little depending on the model, past examples may not be applied to new models as they are. We make hypotheses from the state of groping, practice, and verify the cycle of repeating many times to derive optimal solutions. Please tell me what your current job is.
We provide administrative support for engineers at the Technical Department. Specifically, management of data required when considering whether we can respond to user requests with our products, distribution of drawings to production departments such as factories and purchases, etc. We are indirectly involved in a series of design tasks, from the pre-order examination stage to the delivery of blueprints to the manufacturing unit, and support engineers to concentrate on design. In addition, I am also in charge of improving the work environment, such as attendance management of about 100 engineers, accounting of expenses, and equipment management within the department.

I feel that being able to support engineers who play a central role in technology is a unique feature of technical assistants. I feel rewarding to be able to indirectly contribute to the development of technology by being involved in the field where cutting-edge technologies are created. One of the interesting things is that not only administrative data processing but also plays a role like the General Affairs Department within the Technical Department, and is able to work from multiple perspectives to realize a comfortable working environment.
