Please tell us about your current job duties.
The engineering department I belong to has about 100 engineers, so we work in teams of around 10 people. We are divided into multiple teams, such as dispenser design, robot design, coating verification experiments, parts/accessory design, and design for new business projects. Among the many teams, I currently belong to the dispenser design team and am involved in the design and development of new products. Since I am still inexperienced, I am mainly in charge of evaluation work rather than design.
Please tell us what you find interesting and rewarding about your current job
.
It is the ability to take the image in my head, turn it into a blueprint, and shape it into a product.
I also feel a sense of reward when I am able to meet the high-level demands of users. In my case, I am sometimes entrusted with testing whether our products can achieve the desired application by receiving the actual liquid agents from the user. When I was in charge of a difficult application project that the user was struggling with, I repeated trial and error day after day. Even though I felt like giving up, the sense of accomplishment I felt when I cleared the difficult challenge and met their requirements was indescribable.
Please tell us why you chose our company.
I wanted to find a job where I could utilize the knowledge and skills in mechanics, electricity, and materials that I learned during my student days. Musashi perfectly matched this core requirement of mine, and the deciding factor was that I felt a link between the company's liquid control technology and my own research. Another attraction was its high level of global recognition within the industry.

I recommend that you clarify your own "career core"—the things you are not willing to compromise on. Salary, location, job content, company atmosphere, etc... I believe the points that are important to each person when working are different. I hope you find a company that intersects with your core, in other words, one that fits you. In my case, I feel that my ambitious nature matches the company's challenging stance of exploring the unknown field of liquid control. Please compare your core with the characteristics of companies and find one that is a good match.

Please tell us about your current job duties.
At the Research and Development Center, I am in charge of "investigating the properties of liquid materials, etc." that are dispensed by our products.
Through material investigation, I clarify what kind of properties affect the dispensing process, and thereby determine which liquid materials and dispensing conditions allow for smooth and stable dispensing.
Please tell us what you find interesting and rewarding about your current job
.
One of the interesting and rewarding aspects of this job is investigating liquid materials to find the causes of application-related issues and discovering clues to solutions. There is a great sense of accomplishment in the process of clarifying the characteristics of materials and identifying causes to answer questions such as why something cannot be applied well or how more stable application can be achieved. I also find meaning in the fact that my research results lead to improvements in the application process, which, albeit indirectly, allows me to contribute to the end user.
Furthermore, because we are a small team, I am able to experience a variety of tasks, which leads to growth. I am involved in a wide range of work beyond my area of expertise, such as not only material investigation but also actual application and the design of jigs used for measurement. I feel that this ability to acquire new skills while utilizing my existing ones is also what makes this job interesting.

I chose Musashi because I was attracted to an environment where I could challenge myself in a wide range of fields while utilizing the knowledge of chemistry I majored in during my student days.
I also considered liquid agent manufacturers and material manufacturers, but after encountering our company, my desire to actively take on challenges in fields other than chemistry grew stronger.
In addition, I thought that through our own products, I could learn about the products of various liquid agent manufacturers and companies, and gain new knowledge while broadening the scope of my own skills.

In preparation for this interview, I talked with my colleagues about what sparked their interest in our company. The reasons for their interest vary from person to person, such as being able to be involved in a wide range of industries and products through our own products. I believe these points of interest will become your "core" for work. Please explore various companies and jobs, and find your own "core" for work.
It is also important not to narrow your possibilities based solely on your "major or area of expertise." It is entirely possible to acquire new skills after joining the company and take on tasks outside of your area of expertise. In fact, at our company, employees with various backgrounds are active while making the most of their respective skills. Work is something you will spend a long time with in your life. Please do not just look at superficial information, but listen to the voices of employees and experience the company's atmosphere to determine if it is the right environment for you. Please tell us about your current job duties.
My main role is to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process for the major models handled by our company. I think about how to reduce man-hours, and sometimes I even review the design stage to see if there is any waste and provide feedback to the engineers. I work on my tasks while valuing the importance of lowering manufacturing costs and considering manufacturing processes from the perspective of the workers on the floor.
Please tell us what you find interesting and rewarding about your current job
.
I believe that being able to constantly take on unprecedented challenges is both the difficulty and the appeal of this job. Since the specifications differ slightly from model to model, past cases cannot always be applied directly to new models. We derive the optimal solution by repeating the cycle of forming hypotheses from a state of trial and error, putting them into practice, and verifying them. It is a job that requires perseverance, but when an operator tells me, "It's become so much easier to work with. Thank you," it makes me so happy that I forget all the hard work I've put in.

I knew nothing about Musashi or dispensers until I started job hunting. It was an unknown field I had never encountered before, but I became interested in taking on the challenge from scratch. I am the type of person who feels curious rather than intimidated by challenges, so I think the company's attitude and my personality were a good match.

Our company brings together people from diverse backgrounds who leverage their individual strengths in their work. People with different origins, majors, experiences, and generations continue to improve our technology by sharing their wisdom and complementing each other. Working with people who have ideas I would never think of is stimulating and makes me want to further improve my own abilities. Please tell us about your current job duties.
I am engaged in proposal-based sales to customers in various industries such as semiconductors, automobiles, smartphones, medical care, and food products.
My main role is to listen to the 'manufacturing challenges (=problems)' occurring at the customer's production site and provide dispensing solutions to resolve them.

Our company deals with the technology of "liquid control," which has no single correct answer.
Being able to build things from scratch together with our customers is unique to our company, which deals in industrial goods.
It is exciting to be involved in the birth of future technologies at the forefront of manufacturing.
Also, at our sales offices, even young employees can have their own strategies reflected in the office's policies.
Although I sometimes feel the pressure of having a responsible job, the desire to live up to expectations is stronger.
I feel every day that this challenging environment, where I can test my own abilities, is helping me grow significantly.

While meeting various companies during my job search, Musashi was the only one that accepted my dreams and thoughts.
The biggest deciding factor was that I felt I could realize the career I envisioned at this company.

Please tell us about your current job duties.
I provide administrative support to engineers in the Engineering Department. Specifically, I manage the data required when considering whether our products can meet user requirements, and distribute drawings to departments involved in production, such as the factory and procurement. From the initial study phase before an order is received to delivering design drawings to the manufacturing team, I am indirectly involved in a series of design tasks, supporting engineers so they can focus on their design work. In addition, I am responsible for maintaining the work environment, including time and attendance management for about 100 engineers, expense aggregation, and managing office supplies within the department.
Please tell us what you find interesting and rewarding about your current job
.
I feel that being able to support the engineering team that forms the core of our technology is a unique feature of being a technical assistant. I find it rewarding to be involved, even in a small way, in the field where cutting-edge technology is created, and to contribute indirectly to the development of technology. Another interesting aspect is that I can play a multifaceted role in realizing a comfortable working environment, acting not just as administrative data processing, but as a "general affairs department" within the technical department.

I originally wanted to work for a manufacturer that handles technologies deployed across multiple fields and to do work that contributes broadly to society. The dispensers our company handles are a technology that plays an active role not only in the electronics field but also in a wide range of fields such as automotive, bio, food, and medical. I first learned about our company during my job search and became interested. The more I learned about the high level of our technical capabilities and the breadth of our application fields, the more I was drawn to the depth of dispensers, which led me to decide to join the company.

Since the products and businesses handled by B2B companies are not familiar, many people may find them difficult to imagine or feel they seem complicated. When I was a student, I also knew very little about B2B companies and felt some anxiety. Although we are less visible than B2C companies, our company plays a fundamental role in manufacturing and indirectly supports your daily life. From smartphones, home appliances, food, and stationery to clothing and medical care... our technology is actually hidden in many things around you. I would be happy if you could take even a little interest in our company, which contributes to the world through advanced technology.
