Are there any restrictions on applying for undergraduate or master's degree?

The final educational background can be challenged by anyone, regardless of technical high school, college of technology, university, graduate school (master / doctor).
Dispense technology, our core technology, is an unknown technology area without textbooks.
After joining the company, everyone will learn from the same starting line and gain experience.
In fact, employees from various backgrounds who joined the company as new graduates have grown into leaders in each department and are active.

Do you have any recommendations?

We send application guidelines with recommendation information to schools that accept recommendations. Please check with the Career Center or the professor in charge of employment.

Do you have any skills or qualifications that should be acquired when you were a student?

There are no skills or qualifications required to join the company.
After joining the company, there are various recommended qualifications depending on the type of job. We support skill improvement through the qualification promotion system, which is one of the benefits. However, if you wish to be a sales job, you need to obtain a driver's license (ordinary car first-class driving license) before joining the company.

Please tell me about new employee training.

The training period is 6 months after joining the company. For one week after joining the company, all new employees will learn about the company, product, market, etc., and practical training at Dispenser. After that, you will receive a different training for each job type. For more information, please see "Education System".

Do you have a transfer or transfer?

In the case of sales and field engineers, there is a possibility of transfer or transfer.
In regular personnel evaluation interviews with supervisors, we coordinate the wishes of the individual's career with the business plan. In addition, we have introduced an internal recruitment system in which departments that require human resources recruit employees and employees can apply freely.

How is the assignment determined?

We provide opportunities to ask your wishes several times before joining the company and during training. While emphasizing the wishes of the individual, we make comprehensive decisions based on suitability, department needs, and personnel plans, and decide where to assign them.

Do you have a dormitory?

We have a dormitory for singles living in a place that takes more than 2 hours one way to commute. Please select the property owned by our company or rental property and move in. Both are 1K-type rooms for living alone. In addition, women are asked to select their own properties from the viewpoint of security, and rent them as single dormitory.
