Are there any restrictions on applying for undergraduate or master's degree?

The final educational background can be challenged by anyone, regardless of technical high school, technical college, university, or graduate school (master or doctor).
The dispense technology, our core technology, is an unknown technology area without textbooks.
After joining the company, everyone will learn from the same starting line and gain experience.
In fact, employees from various backgrounds who joined the company as new graduates have grown into leaders in each department and are active.

Do you have any recommendations?

We send application guidelines with recommendation information to schools that accept recommendations. Please check with the Career Center or the professor in charge of employment.

Do you have any skills or qualifications that you should acquire when you are a student?

There are no required skills or qualifications for joining the company.
After joining the company, there are various recommended qualifications depending on the type of job. We support skill improvement through the qualification acquisition incentive system, one of the benefits. However, if you wish to work in a sales position, you will need to obtain a driver's license (regular car first-class driving license) before joining the company.

Please tell me about the training for new employees.

The training period is 6 months after joining the company. During the week after joining the company, all new employees will conduct practical training at Dispenser while learning about the company, products and markets. After that, you will receive different training according to your job type. For more information, please refer to the following page.

Do you have any changes or transfers?

In the case of sales or field engineers, there is a possibility of transfer or transfer.
Through regular personnel evaluation interviews with supervisors, we coordinate their career wishes with their business plans. In addition, we have introduced an in-house recruitment system in which departments that require human resources can recruit employees and apply freely.

How is your assignment determined?

We have the opportunity to ask your wishes several times before joining the company and during training. While emphasizing the wishes of the individual, we make comprehensive judgments based on aptitude, department needs, and personnel planning, and decide where to assign them.

Do you have a dormitory?

Dormitories are available for singles living in places that require at least 2 hours one way to commute. You will be required to select the property or rental property owned by our company and move in. All of them are 1K type rooms for living alone. In addition, from the viewpoint of security, women select their own properties and rent them as single dormitories.
