What kind of people are active?

Mr. S:
First of all, "I like manufacturing" is common. Even if you are not familiar with manufacturing, if you are interested and motivated, I feel that many people are growing and playing an active part depending on their efforts after joining the company.
Mr. A:
That's right. I wonder if I'm good at teamwork. Our work is almost never completed by one person. In order for the finished product to arrive at the user's hand, many departments, such as the Sales Department, Technology Department, and Manufacturing Department, are involved, and close cooperation is required. People who have built relationships of trust with related departments and communicate closely are growing fast.
Mr. U:
To be honest, I didn't know anything about dispense technology until I joined Musashi, but it's really a technology that can be applied to a wide range of fields. Now, "liquid" and our lives are inseparable. The seeds that require our dispense technology should still be asleep here and there. In that sense, those who have a sharp “point of view” that does not overlook the potential of business and a “challenge spirit” that boldly goes into new areas are also noticeable.
Mr. S:
"I like manufacturing," "teamwork," and "challenge" are the common points of employees who are active in our company.
This doesn't matter whether you are a new graduate or a career. I joined the company as a career hire company. Of course, the professional skills and experience of my previous job are also important as immediate force, but I feel that the three commonalities in our company are equally important.
Mr. U:
Certainly, I think that the company as a whole has the common points I just mentioned is more active, but there are differences depending on the work content.
I feel like that. What do you think of it?
Mr. A:
That's right. I feel that there are some differences depending on the type of job.

In technical positions

Mr. A:
Speaking of technical occupations, of course, I like manufacturing, but there are many people who are particular about it. In Dispenser, we want to be able to achieve faster, more accurate, and more precise application with any material. I wonder if there are many people who want to develop products that solve the issues of users and improve manufacturing in the world.
Mr. A:
Also, there are quite a few people who can (want to) shape their ideas with new ideas without being bound by existing frameworks.
Mr. U:
I often say "technology without textbooks" in the company. I often talk with engineers, but I hear that it is difficult to repeat trial and error to derive the optimal solution, so the sense of accomplishment is great.

In sales

Mr. S:
Next, what about the sales staff?
Mr. U:
As a B-to-B manufacturer, we need to build a relationship of trust and continue to support us in the long term, rather than ending with a one-time relationship with users. Because building a trusting relationship is an important job, many people are good at snuggling up with others and opening up their hearts.
Mr. A:
Yes, there are many people who are easy to talk to. I often have a consultation on recruitment.
Mr. S:
Also, there are many people who don't feel much reluctant to touch the unknown. Rather, I think many people are interested in new knowledge and stepping on the unknown Industry. This is also because our technology can be applied extensively.
Mr. U:
In our case, there are more sales employees who come from the humanities than in the sciences. So, if you like manufacturing or new things, I would like you to challenge more and more without being bound by stereotypes.
Mr. A:
Also, there are a lot of people from the humanities department. The clerical work does not require specialized knowledge of technology, and it is okay if you are interested in manufacturing just like sales and want to support people. I learned about our company and Dispenser for the first time since I got a job.

In manufacturing

Mr. S:
I wonder if there are many manufacturing workers who are dexterous and focused. Also, the impression is that there are many people who are craftsmen.
Mr. A:
In terms of personality, there are many people who work hard and seriously. The manufacturing department has a calm and mild atmosphere overall.
I have a sense of enclosure, but communication is active and I have a strong unity.
Mr. U:
After all, the difference from the design is that it directly touches things and shapes them. People have been active for a long time with pleasure in shaping by moving their hands, such as assembly of Dispenser and robots, processing precision parts, etc. So, I have the impression that there are many people who like to move their hands, such as making robots when they were a student or making plastic models.

Musashi's corporate culture

Mr. S:
When I work in HR, I often hear about the corporate culture, but it's also one of the difficult questions to answer honestly. So, let's give out how often employees say about the company.
Mr. A:
That's right. I hear that "I have strong connections with people", "There are many events and I can get along with people from different departments", and "I have a close distance between employees regardless of job title". It may be related to the fact that it is a small and medium-sized manufacturer, but it may be a unique feature of our company that values a sense of unity.
Mr. U:
I often hear from engineers that the atmosphere is like a seminar or laboratory. I think it's a unique advantage of our company that brings together people from different backgrounds and brings together their expertise and skills to create products. Also, because it is well-ventilated, it is an environment where you can challenge what you want to do positively. I think it is a company where people who are willing to grow more and more.
Mr. S:
Our company has a rich personality, background, and values, and a variety of people. Serious and adult people, cheerful and cheerful people, leadership people, people who look around and follow up ... Being able to work with people who have never met before is one of the fun.
Mr. A:
Regarding corporate culture, I don't think it's good or bad depending on the company. I just want to work with those who don't want to listen to this story just because they don't fit each other.

What is important in recruitment (selection)

Recruitment team discussion Recruitment team discussion
Mr. S:
Finally, what about what is important in the recruitment selection?
Mr. U:
I'm going to see if I've had any experience of speaking with confidence. In any case, Dispenser is a niche Industry, so neither career nor new graduates will have Dispenser experience and knowledge. I believe that if you are confident that you will not lose to anyone, or if you have experienced overcoming hardships, you will be able to become a force through training and education after joining the company.
Mr. A:
Students can do anything, such as club activities, club activities, part-time jobs, etc., as well as academic work, so I want them to have an experience where they can talk with confidence. I would like you to show your thoughts that you have accomplished something on your own.
Mr. S:
Also, I think it is important to be able to play an active role in meeting the corporate culture I mentioned earlier. I think there are various ways to receive events in this era depending on the person. But in the end, in order to make your work long and enjoyable, human relationships are important, and I think whether they sympathize with them. It's not something weird, so I want people who can sympathize with me to come.
Mr. A:
As usual, basic courtesy such as greetings and manners are also important. I would like to work together with those who give cheerful and polite greetings in any scene.
