Synchro Speed Function (PAT) (hereinafter referred to as SS function) is a function that automatically eliminates unevenness in the amount of application due to fluctuations in the drawing speed and variation in the thickness of the application line, which had been a problem in the Line dispensing application process such as sealing agents.
Consistent quality application can be achieved without fine-tuning the application conditions, and improved production efficiency can also be expected.

What is the Synchron Speed function (PAT.)?

The SS function is a feature that automatically optimizes the dispensing conditions to match the variations in the robot's drawing speed.
If the drawing speed fluctuates, the coating will become thinner as the speed increases and thicker as the speed decreases.
However, the SS function automatically synchronizes the robot and the dispenser, maintaining a consistent coating line thickness even if the drawing speed varies, thereby preventing coating irregularities at corners and start/stop points, and achieving high-quality coating.
Furthermore, even if the drawing speed is increased, the coating shape does not become irregular, allowing for easy reduction of the coating cycle time.

※The automatic adjustment range of the application varies depending on the basic settings of the dispenser.

Simple application program

No SS function

・Since the application conditions of the corner part and the start and end point part have not been adjusted, liquid may be accumulated.
・Even though the speed is increasing, the application conditions remain as it is, so the supply of liquids cannot keep up and the lines are thinner.

SS function is available

・The discharge speed is automatically adjusted according to the drawing speed of the corner and the start and end points, and the application is not disturbed.
・By automatically adjusting the application conditions according to the drawing speed, the applied lines will not be thinner.
