Dispensing systems are available for various container types, including syringes (1-100 mL), barrels (100-340 mL), sealants (330-600 mL), tanks (1-30 L) and pails (from 18 L).

Dispensing systems combining dispensers and table-top robots are proposed.

High-precision table-top robots can be easily programmemed to apply point, line, potting (pouring), coating, filling, dispensing and drawing.

We propose a dispensing system with a table-top robot.
An extensive selection of table-top robots is available to meet customer requirements, with XY-axis stroke ranges from '100 mm x 100 mm' to '500 mm x 500 mm'.

A robot with an XY-axis stroke range of 100 mm x 100 mm can fit into an A4 paper size (*) and is extremely compact.

Our robots consist of three XYZ axes or four XYZ+W axes.
The robot's movements are programmed by inputting the coordinate values of each axis and by commanding the robot to move.

The general operation is to follow the steps below to create programming.
①Move the axis of the robot to the position where you want to use it.
②Memorize the position (coordinates) where you have moved.
③Select the operating instructions (commands).
④Move the axis of the robot to the next position.

There are two ways of programming.
There are two methods: direct input using a teaching pendant and the MuCAD V dispensing program creation software.
MuCAD V is a dispensing pattern editing software that concentrates dispensing know-how and allows beginners to program complex dispensing operations freely, sensitively and quickly.
