There are mainly 5 features.
1. When applying, Z-axis descent is not required, and tact can be shortened
Air pulse method (contact type)

2. Not affected by workpiece distortion or warpage
Example: Application to resin molded products
3. Can be applied from lower, horizontal and diagonal directions
4. Can be applied to narrow pitches without Nozzle
Example) Underfill
5. No damage to workpieces (such as wires) due to contact with Nozzle
