Comprehensive Support Through a Domestic and International Network of Bases

Musashi Engineering has established a system to provide comprehensive support to customers both in Japan and abroad, with 10 branches and sales offices in Japan, and 11 branches, affiliated companies, and a distributor network overseas. Each location is equipped with a full-scale laboratory where evaluation tests can be conducted. Technical staff are stationed at these locations to provide technical support backed by our dispensing know-how.
Furthermore, when transferring a dispensing system from a development base or mother plant to a mass production plant, our global network of bases and distributors works in coordination to provide seamless support for our customers' equipment transfers.
