About after-sales service

After-sales services for FAD, FCD, TAD, TAI and FIS series are subject to the following conditions in principle.
There are some restrictions on the use and installation location of the equipment, and some require regular maintenance, so please check with our distributor or our company for details.

Free Guarantee
It is up to 12 months from the date of inspection or 15 months after delivery, but the warranty may not apply depending on the conditions of use.

Maintenance support period
7 years from the date of shipment of the factory are the parts supply warranty period and the period for repair and remodeling.
However, this period may be shortened by some parts and modifications and repairs.

We will also support equipment that has passed the parts supply warranty period as much as possible.
Depending on environmental changes and circumstances, supply may be difficult, but we will do our best to meet customer needs.
