About after-sales service

After-sales services for FAD, FCD, TAD, TAI, and FIS series are generally subject to the following conditions.
Please check with your distributor or us for details, as there are restrictions on the use and installation location of the instrument, and some require regular maintenance.

Free guarantee
Up to 12 months from the date of acceptance or 15 months after delivery, but warranty may not apply depending on usage conditions.

Maintenance support period
7 years from the date of shipment of the factory are the parts supply warranty period and the repair and remodeling period.
However, this period may be shortened due to some parts or modifications or repairs.

We will also support equipment that has passed the parts supply warranty period as much as possible.
Depending on changes in the environment and circumstances, supply may be difficult, but we will do our best to meet the needs of our customers.
