・Abstract
Optoelectronics and advanced PKG assembly require more precise liquid process
design than ever before, including high-speed, high-density, and high-heat dissipation capabilities.
In this seminar, we will introduce the latest dispensing technologies for various materials such as solder paste, underfill, TIM, and coating materials, assuming applications for CPO, optoelectronic modules, and advanced packages for AI data centers.
・At our booth, we will display posters related to the development and production of optoelectronic devices.
Please feel free to stop by our booth to discuss anything, including dispensing tests and customization.
